Can I sign in with Apple or Facebook?

Yes. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook, then follow the steps. It works in the Mamamia app and on mamamia.com.au.

I can't see the Apple or Facebook buttons

Update the Mamamia app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then try again.

Do I need a password?

No. If you joined with Apple or Facebook, your account doesn't have a separate password. Tap the same button each time you sign in.

I already have an account. Can I use Apple or Facebook now?

• Apple: if you share the same email as your account, you'll sign in to your existing account.

• Facebook: we'll ask you to log in the way you normally do, with your email already filled in. Use your password or tap Send me a login link. Connecting Facebook to an existing account is coming later.

I signed in with Apple and my account looks empty

You may have chosen Hide My Email. Apple then gives us a private email address, so it can look like a brand-new account. Nothing is lost. Email [email protected] with the email on your original account and we'll reconnect it.

Does signing in on the website sign me in to the app?

Not yet. Sign in once in the app and once on the website, and you'll stay signed in on each.

Can I use the same sign-in for MOVE?

Yes. One account works for Mamamia and MOVE. Sign in to MOVE the same way: the same email, or the same Apple or Facebook button.

Is it safe?

Yes. We never see your Apple or Facebook password. On iPhone, Facebook may show its standard sign-in address, limited.facebook.com, and that's expected.
