Can't access my subscription contentUpdated 5 months ago
If subscription content is showing up as locked even though you're a subscriber, first make sure you're logged in to the correct account.
Once you're logged into your subscription account, if the issue persists follow the following steps:
- Head to your phone's App Store and update the Mamamia app to the latest version
- Download the latest version of iOS or Android software (depending on your device)
